Installation instruction

1.
|
Unfold loops and lay down flat in shop or warehouse preferably 24 hours before installation. |

2.
|
At the installation site: unfold loop and lay on surface. |
|
3.
|
Slip the white PVC slides over the expansion-contraction joints and tape ends securely to conduit with electrical tape. |

4.
|
Secure loop to the base at regular intervals and at the corners with asphalt tape / duct tape / small amounts of hot asphalt. Secure the lead (tail) in similar fashion. |

5.
|
Make sure during installation of asphalt that installation equipment does not uplift the loop. Loops may be safely run over the equipment. However, Never-Fail Loop Systems bears no responsibility for faulty installation methods. |

6.
|
Check loop for continuity and resistance to ground. |
WARNING
READ BEFORE INSTALLATION
Make certain that each expansion / contraction joint is covered by a slide and is secured as described by the aforementioned instructions prior to any equipment passing over the loop. Failure to do so releases Never-Fail Loop Systems from obligations of the warranty.
To prevent possible cracking or warping of newly installed asphalt, a minimum cover of 2.5 inches (6 cm.) is strongly recommended.
NOTE: When properly installed, Never-fail Loop Systems will provide many years of trouble-free performance.
